I bought this shampoo based on the two ratings listed. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with its performance. Yes, the dogs are cleaner after using it, and maybe whiter, but the shampoo does not lather up on Westies or coarse coated dogs like it should. nd myself using a lot more of it than I should have to. That reduces the value. I have also mixed other shampoos with it in order to get a good lather going on a coarse coated dog, but again, this does not make the shampoo as much as a value as I would expect.
